Yin w/Guided Meditation

A quiet, restorative practice which gently stretches and rehabilitates the connective tissues around a joint. By having lubricated, flexible joints, you will decrease the risk of injury and reduce muscle soreness. Emphasis is on releasing muscles rather than contracting, which makes it a perfect complement to more dynamic styles of yoga. Poses are held longer with a focus on the legs, hips, and lower back. Practitioners will focus on the breath, meditative holds, and releasing tension throughout the entire body. A guided meditation is included at the end of the class. Class is heated between 85 to 90 degrees.

Vinyasa Flow

This class is a flowing style of yoga with sequences that are linked to the breath. Flow is diverse and sequencing will vary with instructor philosophy. Flow offers a great sense of fluidity. Practitioners will tone and strengthen both the mind and body. Music is typically incorporated and playlists vary based on the instructor’s style. Class is heated to 85-90 degrees.

Maintenance Hour

Performing weekly maintenance is important to ensure proper operations in our life, your body is not different.
Working on specific areas of the body that tend to cramp, strain and ache, this practice is focused on restoring natural movement by combining different tools such as breath-training, therapeutic yoga, fascial stretches. Class is gently warmed to 80 degrees.

Core Power

This practice focuses on developing and strengthening the back and the center of your core – your power house! This class will help you develop core strength, flexibility, and upper-body strength. You will be lead through a flow that effectively strengthens deep abdominal and back muscles which will help improve posture, stamina, and stability. Class is heated between 85 to 90 degrees.


Fusion is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Combine light weights with yoga stretches and Pilates-inspired movements to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance, and torch calories! The light weights will build more strength by creating resistance and intensifying poses. Students will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Class is designed for all levels from beginner to advanced practitioners. Class is heated between 85 to 90 degrees to aid in flexibility, detoxify the body, burn more calories, and prevent injury.

Gentle Yoga

Soft and slow in pace, our gentle yoga class can help relieve stress and still give you a challenging enough routine to improve flexibility and tone all muscle groups. This practice is perfect for new students and also beneficial to those who are already quite fit, but lack the overall flexibility to be able to do some of the more intense yoga poses. This gentle practice also strengthens your core muscles. A strong core can help brace and protect your spine (which helps prevent back pain), improve your balance, and posture. Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga. Class is 60 minutes and gently warmed between 75 to 80 degrees.

Issues in the Tissues (Rolling Class)

Overuse, underused or misuse of a certain area of the body often can lead to muscle pain and injury. When muscles are loaded with knots, trigger points are unable to fully contract and stretch. Rolling (ball and foam) increases circulation, improves flexibility, mobility and performance.  Expect some discomfort while rolling; notice improved function after. Please bring your own roller. We will have a limited supply. This class is included in memberships. Otherwise, single and 10 class packages can be purchased separately. In order to maintain an intimate and highly focused environment, there are only 10 spots available, so pre-registration is REQUIRED.

Sunrise Yoga

This 45-minute practice is a perfect way to start the day – inspired by sun salutations! Yoke mind, body, and spirit together in a sequence of postures designed to wake you up and prepare you to start your day with ease and centeredness. We will focus on classic yoga poses, alignment, breath work, and meditation. Rise and shine with yoga! Class is heated up to 85 degrees.

Yoga Barre

Sculpt your arms, flatten your abs, lift your seat and firm your legs in this energizing full body workout that utilizes a combination of yoga, ballet, and Pilates. Yoga Barre combines strength training and deep stretching – giving you the length and strength of a dancer while also focusing on postural strength, alignment and breath. This is a low impact, high intensity class so it’s easy on the joints and revs up your metabolism! No dance experience or special barre socks required. Yoga Barre is effective and safe for all ages and body types. Class is heated between 85 to 90 degrees.  Space is limited – pre-registration is REQUIRED!


Yinyasa is the combination of vinyasa (flow) and yin yoga. First, engage in a flow sequence linking breath with movement for increased flexibility and building muscle strength. Then, slow down with a series of yin poses that are held longer, but with the support of props to help relieve muscle tightness and relax the mind. Class is heated between 85 to 90 degrees.
